Essays must be original and unpublished
Plagiarism limit ≤ 10%
AI tools allowed only for brainstorming
Organisers may modify timelines/topics
Only one submission per participant
No co-authorship allowed
Duplicate/incomplete/plagiarised essays rejected
Essay becomes property of WFSBP & GCBP
Judges decision is final

Finalists must register for conference
WFSBP will provide free registration for the next WFSBP conference to the first winner.
